L&A Business Development is active in and completed successfully client assignments in industry sectors such as electronics, chemical processing, light manufacturing automotive supplies and a packaging company to mention but a view. The assignments involve frequently the countries Germany, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine, the Russian state Kaliningrad, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Some of these assignments were country studies, identifications of the most profitable manufacturing locations, business plan developments or the search for a new supplier; others were several company startups, interim management, production/ product transfers or finally Romanian customs process improvement projects.
